Minerco Intl Dubai -amazing office delivered by Cambridge!

Project Description:
Minerco Intl purchased this amazing office in 2011 which has amazing uninterrupted views of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Down Town Area in Dubai.
Minerco is a metals trading company and as such they wanted a modern minimal design that was in keeping with their existing Head Office in Germany with the added benefit that each and every office, including the open plan trading area, has spectacular views.
The design is predominantly brushed steel finish, coupled with black and white glossy surfaces throughout the space with a top quality matte charcoal wooden floor that runs through the entire office.
To complement the quality finishes, the office was kitted out with furniture entirely from Vitra including the desks, chairs, conference table, storage and seating.

-Custom made archway, inclusive of hidden lighting for the reception including Artemide lighting over the reception desk

Cambridge Consultancy designed and delivered their new Dubai Office, which blends an industrial style with modern and minimal.
The office boasts custom joinery throughout, using solid maple for the joinery units and workstations, complimented by Herman Miller workstation chairs.

Chesterton & Humberts are one the premier Real Estate companies based in the UK and Cambridge Consultancy were hired to complete their Interior Design Dubai Office.
The Office Fitout Dubai, was carried out in Office Downtown Dubai.
The project consisted of a high end finish throughout with a contemporary take on Arabic inspired interior.
The use of solid oak and rosewood was used throughout to execute a high class and elegant interior.
The full scope of work was as follows:
Interior Design and Technical Design inclusing joinery, detailing and MEP
Authority Approvals
Civil Works and construction – partitioning, glass, ceiling
MEP – electrical, HVAC and fire fighting
Joinery – Full Custom jinery design and execution, installation
Furniture – sourcing and supply of full furniture solution

EMERALD
This project was a real team favourite as the design concept really evolved throughout the process, with great support from the client throughout.
Also the stretch ceiling solution was a great achievment, as throughout the office design and fitout process we had to go through several colour checks to get the right tone and final illuminated finish.
Some great concepts used here that are rarely used in commercial office fitout or indeed an office design, espcially an office fitout in Dubai!

WSP
WSP, with the merger of Genivar, are now one of the largest engineering consultancies in the world.
Cambridge Consultancy where selected to carry out full Office Interior Design, Office Fitout and Custom Furniture Design and Build within their new Environmental Head Office in Downtown Dubai.
WSP acted as our consultants on the project, where they oversaw the LEED accreditation requirements as well as approving the MEP and technical design presented by Cambridge Consultancy.
Special design features included custom joinery in all meeting room, reception, kitchen and open plan areas, open ceilings with spiral aluminium ducting, supsended lighting and fully automated lighting controls (for LEED).
The construction phase was completed on an extremely tight time schedule of 5 weeks which was achieved with some great support from the team of WSP.
